Goliath Carrier W.I.P.by ~Arkanjel8

Digital Art / 3-Dimensional Art / Vehicles / Futuristic

Having been inspired by some awesome Sketchup work I have seen, I decided to have a serious go at a HUGE ship. The Goliath class comes from the Saga of Seven Suns by Kevin Anderson, a great series of books. The name is the only inspiration for this, there are no technical references that I used.

If you look closely on the rear landing deck you can see a 5'9" model. I measured the overall length of this carrier at 2368'. Since this is a WIP it may be shortened, but certainly it wont get any longer.

If you have any ideas or comments, please feel free to submit them. I plan on this ship being the center piece of a standard deployment group, so other related models are sure to follow. If you would like to join me in this quest feel free to contact me.
